At their meeting on 26.11.2024, the board of directors has decided to nominate a new auditor for the general meeting.
The board nominates the audit firm KPMG to carry out the audit task for the Green Transition Denmark.
KPMG was chosen based on the criteria: competence, knowledge of projects, knowledge of associations, willingness to cooperate and responsibility.
