Green Transition Denmarks hereby calls its members to an extraordinary general meeting. 

It will be held on Monday 18. September 2023 at 15.00-16.00 

Place: Green Transition Denmark, Kompagnistræde 22, 3rd floor, 1208 Kbh K

1. Election of conductor 

2. Proposal for amendments to the articles of association 

3. Supplementary election to the board

Re 2) Proposal for changes to the articles of association 

The board's proposal for changes to the articles of association must be considered. The proposals can be found in the appendix below.

Ad 3) Supplementary election to the board 

After six years as head of RGO, Tue Damsø has decided to step down from his position, and since deputy to the board, Pernille Hagedorn-Rasmussen has not wanted to take over his position, a new board member must be elected. There is also an election for an unfilled post as an alternate. 

Proposals for candidates must reach the secretariat no later than 14 days before the general meeting - i.e. Monday 4 September 2023.
