Good energy in the backyard
Changing our fossil habits requires renewable energy in rural areas and in the countryside, where there is room for scale. How do we combine local considerations, progress in the set-up, and power production that beats? What difference does it make whether the initiative comes from a developer, the local community's own citizens or the municipality?
Come and join the debate with some of the people who get involved and work with the subject:
You can e.g. meet:
- Stine Skøtt Thomsen, front person for Skaarup's Sustainable Energy Community
- Jakob Weber, Senior Director, Better Energy
- Tommy Rachlitz Nielsen, city council member in Fredericia Municipality and chairman of the Climate and Environment Committee
Moderator: Stener Glamann, journalist, Tankegang.dk
The event is organized by the Green Transition Denmark, Tankegang.dk and Triangle Energy Alliance
Time: 30 August at 16.00-16.45
Place: Climate People's Meeting in Middelfart. Red Stage.
