The general meeting will be held as a physical meeting and registration is necessary for planning the meeting. The general meeting is only for members of the Green Transition Denmark.

Agenda for the general meeting is as follows:

1. Election of conductor
2. Approval of the board's report
3. Approval of accounts, budget and quota
4. Proposals received
5. Election to the board of directors
6. Election of auditor
7. Optionally

Bemærk:
- Proposals that are to be discussed under proposals submitted must reach the secretariat no later than 14 days before the general meeting.
- Proposals for board candidates must be received by the secretariat no later than 14 days before the general meeting.

The 2022 financial statements will be available on this page in the coming weeks.

Conference: Green transition within the planetary boundaries
Immediately before the general meeting, we hold a public conference on green transition within the planetary boundaries.

Green Transition Denmark has set a new ambitious goal that Denmark must be an absolutely sustainable society that is climate positive and lives within the planetary boundaries in 2040. But is that realistic? What does it take? How are the difficult dilemmas between consideration for nature, human development and economics handled, so that energy and resource consumption can be kept within planetary limits? RGO gathers significant voices for an open and open-minded conversation about the difficult decisions that lie ahead.
