Ordinary general meeting on 28 May 2024
Green Transition Denmark calls for a general meeting 2024. The general meeting will be held as a physical meeting and is only for members of the Green Transition Denmark.
Time: 28 May 2024, at 15.30-17.00.

Agenda for the general meeting:
1. Choice of conductor
2. Approval of the board's report
3. Approval of accounts, budget and quota
4. Proposals received
5. Election to the board of directors
6. Election of auditor
7. Optionally
Notes on the points:
Re 2 and 3) Annual report and annual accounts for 2023, as well as budget for 2023, will be issued later.
Re 4) Proposals to be considered at the general meeting must be received by the Secretariat by 14 May 2024 at the latest.
Re 5) On election: Three members must be elected to the board for a two-year period and two deputies for a one-year period.
Christian Sparrevohn and Bo Asmus Kjeldgaard, who sit on the board, stand again. Peter Bach is stepping down after many years on the board.
Pernille Hagedorn-Rasmussen and Tue Damsø stand again as alternates.
Eligible members must notify the Secretariat of their candidacy by 14 May at the latest.
From the current board, Birgitte Boesen, Dorte Mondrup, Lars Pehrson and Lykke Margot Richard still have one year left of their term of office. The same applies to the substitutes
Re 6) The board recommends Three Kroner Revision.
