Just over a year ago, 50.000 people took to the streets for the People's Climate March during the parliamentary elections. We were given a number of promises, but the politicians don't seem to keep them.

That is why we are taking to the streets on Saturday 5 September to show each other and the decision-makers that the broad public support for climate action continues.

The corona crisis must not mean a postponement of climate action, Denmark must still take its fair share of responsibility.

WHAT
This time we gather in a HUMAN CHAIN ​​AROUND THE LAKES, where it is possible to keep a proper distance.

WHERE
Since we are going around all the lakes, it is obvious that you head towards the lake that is closest to you. On the day, the volunteers from Climate Crew will help you in place so that we can reach all the way around.

HOW
We set up loudspeakers so you can follow the program from all the lakes. A radio signal on the FM band is transmitted, so you are also welcome to bring your own radio. The program with speakers, music and battle cries is continuously updated.

PRACTICALITY AND SAFETY
The People's Climate March is an event for everyone. Therefore, the volunteers from Climate Crew will be very aware that everyone keeps a safe distance and their noses in the same direction towards the lakes.
