We must move on − How far are we with green shipping and what is the next step in the UN and the EU?
Is global shipping on a green course?
At a global summit in July 2023, the world's shipping nations committed themselves in a historic agreement to transition global shipping to climate neutrality. What role does the EU play in ensuring that we reach our goal with the transition? Has the focus on green shipping already boosted shipping's transformation and the necessary scaling of green fuels? How can a fair transition be ensured for the poorest countries?
We debate all this with some of Denmark's sharpest maritime and climate voices.
The event takes place from 14:30 to 16:00
NOTE: Participation is free, but registration is required. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and must be done before 1 November at 9.30.
