Lectures
In the Green Transition Denmark, we hold many lectures for companies, organizations and associations, and we are happy to attend public conferences, seminars, network meetings or management events. Below you can see some of the current lecture offers. If your organization or company has other wishes and needs, we are always open to a dialogue about how we can help you.
The EU and the green transformation
How can we in Europe boost the green transformation of society and solve the linked climate and biodiversity crises, so that in 2040 we can live in a climate-neutral and nature-positive society?
In this inspiring lecture, Bjarke Møller, director of the Green Transition Denmark, tells how the next wave of green reforms, behavioral changes, a rapid scale-up of green technologies and biological solutions will change the way we produce and consume in Denmark and the EU.

Farewell to the fossils
Denmark is still deeply dependent on fossil fuels, and each year Denmark consumes many million barrels of oil, and we still extract oil and gas in the North Sea. But if we are to do something effective about the global climate problems, it is a fundamental task to develop a modern energy system that can manage completely without fossil fuels in all parts of society. So how can we speed up the green transition away from fossil fuels and remove all the stumbling blocks that are currently delaying the transition?
In this lecture, Bjarke Møller, director of the Green Transition Denmark, talks about how we can create a modern, efficient and stable energy system that is 2035 per cent renewable as early as 40-100. free from fossil fuels. And what it takes to get there.
ESG – companies' green race to the top
More and more Danish companies have set ambitious climate and nature targets to become zero-emission companies, and they want to reduce their energy and resource consumption throughout the value chain. It looks like a race to the top. The large companies have started to measure in relation to climate, pollution, water, biodiversity, resource consumption and circular economy, and this can also affect their sub-suppliers in the entire value chain. At the same time, it becomes more difficult to sneak around. The EU has adopted a number of ESG laws that put companies under extra heavy regulatory pressure to document and deliver on environmental and climate requirements. Some companies find it difficult to keep up with developments, but the EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and the EU requirements for proper due diligence (ESRS) will have a very important impact on how to conduct business in the future .
In this lecture, Bjarke Møller, director of the Green Transition Denmark, talks about the EU's new wave of green laws, how the leading companies are taking up the challenge, and why it can make a very big difference to the benefit of both the environment and business in the coming years.

The fight for resources
Denmark is the country in the EU with the largest carbon footprint and resource consumption. Without a fundamental restructuring of the way we produce and consume, the Danish economy will operate far beyond nature's carrying capacity. But how can we reduce CO2 and the resource footprint so that Denmark stays within the planetary limits?
In this presentation, you can hear one of RGO's professional experts talk about how Denmark can become a front runner in the transition to a circular economy, and how to promote behavioral changes on a large scale, so that in the 2040s Denmark stays within the planetary limits .
An RGO lecture typically costs DKK 10-12.000 plus VAT and transport costs. The income from the lectures goes to support RGO's ongoing work to accelerate the green transition in Denmark and the EU.
